Our Services

Neurodivergent individuals process information, communicate, or interact with their world in a way that is different than what is usually defined as typical (Source: 1,2).

You are not "broken," less than, or in need of fixing.

Our services focus on using existing strengths, skills, and resources, as well as developing new ones, to support you in meeting your goals, whether big or small.

This service provides an overview of what sensory processing is, how you respond to sensory stimuli, and how that can impact your day-to-day life.

We use standardized assessment tools to determine your sensory processing difficulties and what your sensory needs are.  â€‹

Sensory Strategies for Better Sleep

We use a sensory approach to improve sleep quality and quantity.

Interventions include integrating sensory interventions into your nighttime routine, improving sleep hygiene, and modifying the sleep environment.

Individuals who struggle to regulate themselves during the day often experience difficulty regulating themselves before bed, which makes it challenging for them to fall asleep or stay asleep.
